The Query That Landed My Dream Agent
In the world of querying, I really lucked out. I’d followed Naomi Davis from BookEnds for over a year on Twitter. With everything I learned about her, I just knew she was my dream agent. When it came time to query in February, I hit her up first. Why not start at the top? Within forty minutes, she requested my full manuscript. I did go through two R&Rs (revise and resend) with her, but ultimately, she signed me on 22 July. Third time was the charm:) So, it’s only right that I pass on the torch. Below, is my query letter.
